Founder David Shird is a seasoned credit coach driven by service, integrity, and faith-centered leadership. As a veteran-owned business, everything we do is rooted in accountability, respect, and a genuine desire to help people move forward with clarity and confidence.

David knows firsthand how overwhelming credit challenges can feel. With 15+ years as a Realtor and 5 years as an auto dealer, he witnessed too many dreams deferred — families turned away from homes, and hardworking individuals denied the vehicles they needed — all because of credit barriers. That experience, combined with his own journey through financial setbacks and life transitions, fuels his passion for practical, client-first credit coaching.
